Can't think of many changes, I'm still getting used to using the tags and location searches instead of albums. For the name just putting it after the date and time would work "December 28, 2008 @ 11:46 am by Jeff" or before "Picture taken by Jeff on December 28, 2008 @ 11:46 am."
Putting a link to add news on the front page would be nice. Also an easy way to add a shortcut to certain pictures in the news like your "check here for updated pictures."
